AHS families:
Allegan High School is currently operating on emergency power due to a power outage in the area. In the interest of student safety and comfort, we will be closing early today at 11:15 a.m. Please review the information below carefully regarding dismissal:
- Student drivers and students who walk to school will be dismissed and may head home at 11:15 a.m.
- Families of students who rely on bus transportation are asked to please come to school to pick up their student. We have enough cold lunches to provide to those students who are waiting for pickup.
- Staff will remain on-site until every student has been picked up.
Please note that L.E. White Middle School, Dawson Elementary, Pine Trails Elementary, and Allegan Online will remain open. The P.M. Tech Center will also remain open and operate as scheduled. Tech Center students will have lunch provided.
We appreciate your understanding and quick response as we manage this unexpected situation. The safety and well-being of our students is always our top priority.
