APS families:
Due to Dawson Elementary having lost power and continued power disruptions throughout our district that continue to affect school operations and student learning, we have made the decision to close all remaining schools early.
Bus drivers have been contacted and are en route to school for our afternoon bus run which will begin at approximately 1:30 p.m. As per district policy, bus drivers will drop off students who are in grade 3 and below to a safe adult.
While parents may immediately come to school to pick up their students, they will have to check in with the main office so that we can make sure all students get home safely. Staff members will continue to supervise any remaining students until pick up arrangements are made.
