Elli Ziemelis won the inaugural Resilient Athlete Scholarship. This scholarship was sponsored and created by Allegan High School Athletic Trainer Keenan Begley. Keenan works with all of our student athletes and sees the time, dedication, and resilience that Student Athletes have to put into High School athletics. Keenan wanted to give back to the Allegan Student Athletes by creating a scholarship for students who have overcome major injuries or set backs while participating in High School athletics. This years recipient was Elli Ziemelis who worked tirelessly to come back from an injury early in her High School career. Great job Elli. Go Tigers!
