Allegan High School is set to honor a group of distinguished individuals with a ceremony inducting them into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday, February 23. The event, scheduled to take place during the intermission between the girls and boys varsity basketball games, aims to acknowledge the significant contributions these individuals have made to Allegan Athletics.
The current class of inductees comprises individuals who have left a significant mark on the history of Allegan Athletics, contributing to numerous cherished memories and unforgettable moments through their performances as coaches and student athletes.
The inductees include Chris Antkoviak, recognized for his achievements in football, basketball, and track; Dan Craig, celebrated for his prowess in wrestling and football; Tom Essenburg, honored for his dedicated service as a tennis coach; Brandon Rhodes, credited for his remarkable performances in football, wrestling, and baseball; and Murray Rose, acclaimed for his outstanding coaching in wrestling.
The Allegan community is invited to attend the ceremony and pay tribute to these exceptional inductees as they take their places in the esteemed Allegan Athletic Hall of Fame.
