Our K-5 Elementary Program is a free online option for a personalized, engaging and interactive education. We have two certified elementary teachers who work with students in grades K-5 and provide support and interventions to complement our online platform. Students can come onsite for 1:1 help from their teacher, while also being able to attend grade-level Zoom meetings. We provide students with a Chromebook, WIFI hotspot, curriculum, workbooks, and teachers who work locally from our Allegan Online building.

Resources

Our 6-8 Traditional Program allows middle school students to complete their courses online with our 100 percent virtual curriculum, while being supported by a certified teacher and having access to our five-day-a-week drop-in center for 1:1 help. Middle school students can still participate in after-school events and sports offered at L.E. White Middle School.

Our 9-12 Traditional Program allows students to work towards their Allegan High School diploma while receiving their education through Allegan Online. The Allegan Online curriculum is 100 percent virtual with teacher-led support. These students follow all the graduation requirements of Allegan High School, which requires them to earn 33 credits for graduation, have a trimester schedule with six classes per trimester, and earn community service hours. Traditional students can also participate in after-school events and sports offered at AHS. These students are eligible to attend the Allegan County Area Technical and Education Center. Traditional students will get assigned one of five certified teachers and have access to our drop-in center that is open five days a week for 1:1 help from their teacher.

Resources

Our 9-12 Merit / GED Programs are designed to give students who left high school before finishing an opportunity to complete their high school education. Classes are offered to help students earn a Michigan Merit high school diploma, practice skills to complete the GED tests, improve basic math and reading skills, complete career and college readiness applications, and improve employability skills.

Our dedicated and certified teachers use personalized instructional methods and curriculum options to assist students in achieving their educational goals. The goal for each of our students is to complete high school and be able to earn a sustainable wage with the skills they have acquired. At completion of the required work, a student may participate in our high school graduation ceremony or have the ability to take the GED tests on site.

We also offer GED and ESL classes in Pullman. Please contact us for more information on any of our programs in Pullman.
