Summer Running Fun: Get In On the Action

The Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field programs want you! Check out these upcoming events:

Cross Country Conditioning Runs:

Join Coach Chalupa and Coach Williams Monday and Wednesday nights at 7 PM in front of the High School for popsicles and running. The first night of running is Monday, June 18.

Track and Field Skill Development Days:

Join Coach Chalupa and Coach Birkam on Monday and Wednesday mornings at the High School track for hurdling and field event-specific work sessions. Hurdles will go from 10-11 AM and field event sessions will go from 11 AM-12 PM.

Summer Strength and Conditioning:
Getting stronger is an important part of athletic performance. Not only does it help enhance overall performance, but it also helps prevent injuries and promotes faster recovery. Summer weight room hours will run in two separate sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8-9 AM and 9-10 AM.
